“The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for……

“Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”

“It was a great hotel. Everything super clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a longtime!!! Will be back next time in branson.”

“Pros- It's tucked away from the strip so it's quiet. I loved that it had so much to do on the property. The pool was nice and the mini golf was set up nicely and kid friendly. The room was pretty cute and we liked that there was a market on the property. The front desk was helpful and everyone was kind. The walking trail was cool. It's also gated and has security check in so that's nice. Cons- The room wasn't that clean. It wasn't filthy but not exactly clean. It was obviously not swept which……

“Staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel. Hotel accommodated our requests. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good hot food. LOVED the real dishes and coffee cups! (The little things matter!). Enjoyed the sweet treats each evening in the dining area! Both pool areas were nice and well maintained. Only downfall was the room was very humid (we were on the first floor).”

“I was locked out my room and I went to the desk to get a key card and they told me I had to wait 20 minutes and my toddler shut the door and my newborn was left in there.”

“Checkin staff was great Got to the property - back door was wide open and it had a wet smell like they had just shampooed. Bathroom was carpeted which I am not use to. I had thrown my dirty cloths in the closet floor (in the bathroom) and when we went to pack they were soaked - apparently the carpet was wet in the bathroom and closet. Overall 3/5 for me. It was clean just a little outdated. I bet it was a 5 star back in the 80’s just had not been updated!! For the price we would……

“We have stayed at multiple holiday club vacation resorts, but this one in Branson we were very disappointed in, there was never a guard at entrance when we came and went and we watched multiple people who were not staying there come and go and use the pools that we paid for use of while staying there. We have always loved staying at these resorts for the amenities and the privacy of not have people coming and going who were not guests. This was our biggest disappointment in the Branson resort.”
