“It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok”

“Staff was outstanding”

“The unit was nice. It had a big deck with two rocking Adirondack chairs and a table for four. The shower was nice with 3 shower heads. The towels were ok, but not soft and plush. There is a $28 resort fee that apparently covers the laundry and dish detergent, as the pools are closed. Kind of high IMO. I loved that the unit had 2 fireplaces. “Property was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy Room was fine .No issues at all”

“The door to the patio won’t. Lock, the carpet and curtain were so old, patio is so dirty, door for the utility was removed so you just have to see the washer and dryer, furniture is so old. When we called to have the door fixed we have to call twice and email and the person who answered the phone seemed to be having a bad day. Not a good experience.”

“Everything was fantastic!!! This is the 2nd time we stayed at this beautiful hotel and we will only be staying here feom now on!!! First time was just a random vacation this time was our Anniversary!! We love this place so much and it is so close to anything you want to do”

“Decent place. The room was available, so we booked it.”

“Our room looked to be newly remodeled and was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable.”

“My wife and I booked this Marriott through Expedia as a last minute decision to go to Branson for a day and evening. This Marriott Willow was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and gave us wonderful advice as to where to go for dinner and breakfast. The comfort of our room exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean. We could also tell this Marriott was family friendly by the number of families we observed coming and going.”

“Clean room, a plethora of amenities, and an all around enjoyable experience that made us feel at home even over 200 miles away.”

“Room was spacious and was very nice. Was a comfortable stay. Bed is probably more comfortable than our bed at home. Will stay again!”

“Only one elevator on one end or you have to take the stairs. Just found it hard to carry everything up to the room and getting back out to our vehicle. Elevator was always packed since it’s the only one.”

“We had an overall wonderful experience.”
